We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange an item. Therefore, we offer a generous 30-day window from the date of delivery for you to initiate a return or exchange free of charge.

1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. The return/exchange request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return/exchange.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number along with your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange.
4. Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs associated with returning the product.

Refunds/Exchanges Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly:

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
• Exchanges: If you opted for an exchange, we will process the replacement item and ship it to you at no additional cost.
