Q1: Can you supply other models other than those on the website?
A: If you need a certain model that is not advertised on our website, please contact us by email or Facebook massage letting us know which item you are looking for and we will check it for you and send you the quotation if it is available.
Q2: How do you ensure your products after I finish payment?
A: Within 2 working days after you finish payment, we will send detailed list which including: order number, payment time, payment sum, product name purchased, and amount, expiration date, tracking number of the express shipping and estimated delivery time.
Q3: Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?
A: Of course you can, our products are a point of pride for us – if for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us via a courier and we will offer you a full refund or exchange.

A: The shipping time will vary based on where you are located and whether the product you order is in stock. We will notify you the estimated delivery time of your item. If your item is in stock, we will deliver it to you within 1 working day.
Q6: Can I track the package online?

Q7: What should I do if I never received the shipment?
A: Shipping takes 5-15 days worldwide. A tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours. So you can track the progress of your order online. Please allow enough time for the shipping currier company to update the information on their website.
Our rule is simple, if you did not receive the item within 30 days from the date it was sent out, we will fully refund you payment or send you a replacement product.
